1. Scope of services

Gravion Group Ltd provides digital and operational consultancy to independent professionals, small studios and small businesses. The services offered are digital workflow planning, software and cloud tool selection, business process improvement, operational organisation, productivity planning and technology setup guidance. No other service is provided or implied.

2. Engagement and contract formation

An engagement begins when a written scope, fee and deliverable list has been accepted by both parties. A quote does not constitute a contract until it is accepted in writing. Where a published price band applies, the fee agreed within that band is stated in the written scope before work starts.

3. Delivery

Consultancy is delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise. Deliverables are provided in written form. Where setup work is carried out in a client's own systems, the client retains ownership and control of those systems at all times.

4. Cancellation and changes

Monthly arrangements may be cancelled at the end of the month in which notice is given. Project work may be stopped at the next written milestone. Work already performed up to that point remains payable, and the deliverables produced up to that point are provided.

5. Payment

Fees are invoiced as set out in the written scope. Third-party costs, such as software subscriptions or hosting charges you choose to buy, are payable by you directly and are not included in any consultancy fee.

6. Limitation of liability

Consultancy is advice-based. We take reasonable care in preparing recommendations, but decisions about what is implemented remain with the client. Our liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
