Three stages, each with something written at the end.
An engagement is short by design. You always know which stage you are in and what the next document will be.
Stage one
Review call
A focused conversation about what you run today. We ask for a short list beforehand: the tools you pay for, the jobs that repeat, and the one thing that annoys you most. Per session · £45–75.
Output: a one-page summary and a recommendation on whether to continue.
Stage two
Written review
We map the workflow, list the software actually in use, and
separate the problems worth fixing from the ones worth living with.
Per project · £120–180.
Stage three
Changes and handover
We set the changes up with you, then leave setup notes,
a responsibility list and a short guide. Per month · £90–140 while
it is running.
What we need from you
- Read access to the tools in question, or a screen share while you are logged in.
- Roughly an hour a week during the review stage.
- The name of the person who will own each change afterwards.
- Permission to say plainly when something is not worth doing.
What happens if we stop early
- After the review call
- You keep the summary. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is the end of it.
- During the written review
- You keep the work completed up to the last milestone, and the notes behind it.
- During handover
- The setup already carried out stays live. Nothing is switched off or reverted.
