Gravion Group Ltd advises independent professionals, small studios and small businesses on the digital and operational side of running the work.
Why the practice stays small
We work with people who are already busy doing the job. That means the advice has to survive contact with a normal working week: no new system that nobody logs into, no process that only works when someone is chasing it.
It also means we turn work down. If a business needs a full transformation programme or a development team, we are the wrong practice and we will say so at the review stage rather than halfway through.
- We do not sell software, resell licences or take referral fees from vendors.
- We do not run commissioned development or systems integration.
- We do not hold your accounts or act as your ongoing IT department.
- Everything we recommend has to be something your team can maintain without us.
How we work
Three commitments we make before any work starts.
- Scope in writing
- The problem, the deliverable and the fee band are agreed and written down before we begin.
- Your tools stay yours
- We work inside software you already own where it is good enough, and we say plainly when it is not.
- You can leave at any point
- Monthly work can be stopped at the end of any month. Project work stops at the next written milestone.

- Studios of two to fifteen people with no dedicated operations role.
- Small businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but not outgrown their budget.
- Founders who inherited a set of tools and never had time to review them.

- Teams that need 24-hour IT support or a managed helpdesk.
