Three ways to work with us, all priced in bands.
Bands are published so you can judge the fit before getting in touch. The exact fee for a piece of work is agreed in writing beforehand.
Price bands
Published bands, one per way of working.
Review session£45–75Per session · a focused look at one problem area, with a written summary.
Monthly arrangement£90–140Per month · routine upkeep, small adjustments and a monthly written note.
Defined project£120–180Per project · workflow mapping, tool selection or a process review with carry-through.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are
agreed per engagement. Where a piece of work sits above the published band, we will say so and
write down why before starting. We do not add consultancy fees on top of software you buy.
Engagement
What is agreed before work starts.
- Scope
- The problem being addressed and what is out of scope.
- Deliverables
- The documents or setup you will have at the end, listed one by one.
- Fee and band
- The band it falls in and the fee agreed within it.
- Your time
- Roughly how many hours we need from your side, and when.
- Exit
- How either side can stop, and what you keep if that happens.
What is never included in a fee
- Software licences, subscriptions or hosting you decide to buy.
- Third-party setup charges, if a provider levies them.
- Development work of any kind.
We take no commission, referral payment or reseller margin from any vendor we might recommend. If that ever changed, it would be stated here before any work was quoted.
