Who is responsible

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer it, and no longer than two years afterwards. Records relating to paid work are kept for the period required by company and tax law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Requests can be sent to info@gravion.services and are answered within one month.
